Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Wash the Cavolo Nero thoroughly and remove the tough stems, then chop the leaves into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped Cavolo Nero, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and red chili flakes (if using). Toss well to coat the kale evenly.
