- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts, olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the sprouts are well coated.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Return to the oven for an additional 3-5 minutes until the cheese is melted and slightly golden.
