Steps
- Begin by washing the cabbage and removing the core. Slice the cabbage into thin strips.
- In a large skillet or saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Add the sliced cabbage to the skillet, stirring well to combine with the onion and garlic mixture.
- Pour in the vegetable broth, and sprinkle the dried oregano and thyme over the cabbage. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
