- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped

- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Red pepper flakes - 1/4 teaspoon (optional)
Steps
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (about 200°C).
- Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and cut it into thick slices, about 2-3 cm each, creating 'steaks'.
- In a small bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Brush both sides of the cauliflower steaks with the olive oil mixture.
- Place the cauliflower steaks on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they are tender and have nice grill marks.
- Once grilled, remove the cauliflower from the grill and let it rest for a couple of minutes.
- Sprinkle the grilled cauliflower with chopped parsley before serving.
