  • Fresh parsley - 50 grams
  • Fresh basil - 25 grams
  • Capers - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Nutritional yeast - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and cut it into thick slices (about 2-3 cm each).
  3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Brush this mixture onto both sides of the cauliflower slices.
  4. Place the cauliflower slices on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they are tender and have nice grill marks.
