  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lemon - 1, juiced

Steps

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat (about 200°C or 400°F).
  2. Remove the outer leaves from the cauliflower and trim the stem, keeping the head intact.
  3. Slice the cauliflower into thick steaks, about 2-3 cm each.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Brush the olive oil mixture generously over both sides of the cauliflower steaks.
  6. Place the cauliflower steaks on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until tender and nicely charred.
