- Parmesan cheese, grated - 30g
- Fresh parsley, chopped - 2 tablespoons
- Red pepper flakes - 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste

Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Wash and cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower florets, minced garlic, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss well to coat.
- Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and roast in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until golden and tender.
