  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Parmesan cheese - 20 grams, grated (optional)
  • Fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped (for garnish)

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any yellow or damaged leaves.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the Brussels sprouts, olive oil, minced garlic, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the sprouts are well coated.
  4. Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet.
