- Bell pepper (red) - 1, sliced
- Zucchini - 1 medium, sliced
Steps
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, chopped rosemary, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and red chili flakes to create a marinade.
- Add the horse meat to the marinade, ensuring it's well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or overnight for more flavor).
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the meat from the marinade and let it come to room temperature for about 10 minutes.
- Grill the horse meat for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until cooked to your desired doneness.
