  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Red chili flakes - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Cherry tomatoes - 200 grams, halved
  • Bell pepper (red) - 1, sliced
  • Zucchini - 1 medium, sliced

Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, chopped rosemary, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and red chili flakes to create a marinade.
  2. Add the horse meat to the marinade, ensuring it's well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or overnight for more flavor).
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the meat from the marinade and let it come to room temperature for about 10 minutes.
  5. Grill the horse meat for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until cooked to your desired doneness.
  6. While the meat is grilling, toss the cherry tomatoes, bell pepper, and zucchini in the remaining marinade and grill them for about 5-7 minutes until tender.
