Steps
- Peel the carrots and cut them into sticks or rounds, about 1 cm thick.
- In a medium saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the carrots to the saucepan and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they begin to soften.
