  • Arugula - 100 grams, washed and dried

Steps

  1. Prepare the artichokes by trimming the tough outer leaves and slicing them thinly. Place them in a bowl of water with half the lemon juice to prevent browning.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the remaining lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper to create a dressing.
