Steps
- Prepare the artichokes by trimming the stems and removing the outer leaves until the tender, light green leaves are exposed.
- Slice the artichokes in half vertically and scoop out the fuzzy choke using a spoon.
- In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Brush the marinade generously over the cut sides of the artichokes.
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
