Ingredients

  • Cherry tomatoes - 12 pieces
  • Fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini) - 12 pieces
  • Fresh basil leaves - 12 pieces
  • Extra virgin olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Balsamic vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Wooden skewers - 4 pieces

Steps

  1. Wash the cherry tomatoes and basil leaves under cold water and pat dry.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper to create a dressing.
  3. Take a wooden skewer and thread one cherry tomato onto it, followed by a basil leaf, and then a mozzarella ball.
