  • Avocado - 1 medium
  • Fresh basil leaves - 10 grams
  • Balsamic glaze - 2 tablespoons
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
  2. Season the chicken breast with salt and black pepper, then heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Sear the chicken breast in the skillet for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Transfer the seared chicken to a baking dish and top each breast with slices of fresh mozzarella.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted.
