Steps
- Prepare the brioche dough: In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, combine melted butter, beaten egg, milk, and orange zest.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
