- Burrata cheese - 100 grams
- Fresh arugula - 50 grams
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, Calabrian chili paste, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into two equal patties, about 2 cm thick.
- Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat and lightly oil the surface.
- Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
- While the patties are cooking, slice the burger buns in half and lightly toast them on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
