  • Calabrian chili paste - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Burger buns (kosher) - 2
  • Burrata cheese - 100 grams
  • Fresh arugula - 50 grams
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Balsamic glaze - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine ground beef, Calabrian chili paste, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into two equal patties, about 2 cm thick.
  3. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat and lightly oil the surface.
  4. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
  5. While the patties are cooking, slice the burger buns in half and lightly toast them on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Once the patties are done, place a generous portion of burrata cheese on each patty and cover for 1 minute to melt slightly.
  7. Assemble the burgers by placing the patty with burrata on the bottom half of the bun, topping with fresh arugula, and drizzling with balsamic glaze.
  8. Cover with the top half of the bun and serve immediately.
