- Balsamic vinegar - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat your grill or oven to medium heat.
- While the grill is heating, prepare the Caciocavallo cheese by slicing it in half horizontally, but not all the way through, creating a pocket.
- Drizzle olive oil inside the cheese pocket and sprinkle in the chopped rosemary, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, and black pepper.
- Wrap the cheese in aluminum foil, making sure it is well-sealed.
- Place the wrapped cheese on the grill or in the oven and cook for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from heat and carefully unwrap the foil. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar before serving.
