Steps

  1. Preheat the grill or a grill pan over medium heat.
  2. Slice the Caciocavallo Affumicato cheese into thick rounds (about 1 cm) and set aside.
  3. Cut the crusty bread into thick slices and lightly brush both sides with olive oil.
  4. Place the bread slices on the grill and toast until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
