Steps
- Preheat the grill or a grill pan over medium heat.
- Slice the Caciocavallo Affumicato cheese into thick rounds (about 1 cm) and set aside.
- Cut the crusty bread into thick slices and lightly brush both sides with olive oil.
- Place the bread slices on the grill and toast until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
