  • Shrimp - 100 grams, peeled and deveined
  • Mussels - 200 grams, cleaned
  • Parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Red pepper flakes - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add minced garlic and diced onion, sautéing until translucent.
  2. Stir in the diced carrot and celery, cooking for another 5 minutes until softened.
  3. Add the halved cherry tomatoes and cook until they start to break down, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Pour in the fish stock and bring the mixture to a simmer. Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  5. Add the fish chunks, shrimp, and mussels to the pot. Cover and simmer for about 10-12 minutes until the seafood is cooked through.
