- Mussels - 200 grams, cleaned
- Parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped

Steps
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add minced garlic and diced onion, sautéing until translucent.
- Stir in the diced carrot and celery, cooking for another 5 minutes until softened.
- Add the halved cherry tomatoes and cook until they start to break down, about 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in the fish stock and bring the mixture to a simmer. Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Add the fish chunks, shrimp, and mussels to the pot. Cover and simmer for about 10-12 minutes until the seafood is cooked through.
