- Fish stock - 500 ml
- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Dried red pepper flakes - 1/2 teaspoon

- Black pepper - to taste
- White fish fillets (e.g., cod) - 150 grams, cut into chunks
- Prawns - 100 grams, peeled and deveined
- Mussels - 200 grams, cleaned
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped for garnish
- Lemon - 1, cut into wedges for serving
Steps
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and chopped shallot, sautéing until softened and fragrant, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the halved cherry tomatoes to the pot and cook for another 2-3 minutes until they begin to break down.
- Pour in the fish stock and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the dried oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the chunks of white fish to the pot and simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Next, add the prawns and mussels, cover the pot, and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until the mussels open and the prawns are cooked through.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Remove from heat.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley and lemon wedges.
