- Basil - 1 tablespoon, chopped

- Black pepper - to taste
- Lemon - 1, juiced
Steps
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced red onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, cooking for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Add the diced tomatoes to the pot, stirring well. Cook for about 5 minutes until the tomatoes start to break down.
- Pour in the fish stock and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer. Let it cook for about 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
