Steps

  1. Remove the outer leaves of the cabbage, cut it in half, and slice it thinly into strips to resemble tagliatelle.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
  4. Add the sliced cabbage to the skillet and sauté for about 5 minutes until it starts to soften.
  5. Stir in the halved cherry tomatoes and cook for another 5 minutes until the tomatoes are tender and release their juices.
