- Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated

Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Remove the core from the cabbage and slice it into thin strips to create 'noodles'.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat, then add the diced onion and minced garlic. Sauté until the onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the crushed tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Let the mixture simmer for 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
- In a large baking dish, layer half of the cabbage noodles at the bottom.

- Repeat the layers with the remaining cabbage, meat mixture, and top with the rest of the mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.
