- Arugula - 50 grams
- Cherry tomatoes, halved - 100 grams

- Balsamic vinegar - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground veal, almond flour, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped basil, chopped oregano, egg, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into two equal-sized patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 70°C (160°F).
- While the burgers cook, prepare the salad by combining arugula, halved cherry tomatoes, and sliced red onion in a bowl.
