  • Egg - 1 large
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Arugula - 50 grams
  • Cherry tomatoes, halved - 100 grams
  • Red onion, thinly sliced - 30 grams
  • Balsamic vinegar - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground veal, almond flour, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped basil, chopped oregano, egg, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into two equal-sized patties.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 70°C (160°F).
  4. While the burgers cook, prepare the salad by combining arugula, halved cherry tomatoes, and sliced red onion in a bowl.
  5. Drizzle the salad with balsamic vinegar and toss gently to combine.
  6. Once the burgers are cooked, serve them on a plate alongside the arugula salad.
