- Grated Parmesan cheese - 30 grams
- Chopped fresh basil - 10 grams
- Chopped fresh parsley - 10 grams
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Romaine lettuce leaves - 4 large
- Sliced tomatoes - 1 medium
- Sliced red onion - 1/4 medium

Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped basil, chopped parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
- Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape them into patties, about 2 cm thick.
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the turkey patties and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and have a nice golden brown color.
- While the patties are cooking, prepare the salad by layering the romaine lettuce leaves on plates. Top with sliced tomatoes and red onions.
- Once the patties are done, place each one on top of the prepared salad. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar before serving.
