  • Mixed leafy greens - 100 grams, for serving

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the Italian sausage, chopped fennel, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
