Ingredients
- Ground beef - 300 grams
- Red wine - 50 ml
- Garlic - 1 clove, minced
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Burger buns - 2 pieces
- Lettuce - 2 leaves
- Tomato - 1 medium, sliced
- Red onion - 1/2 small, sliced
- Balsamic vinegar - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, red wine, minced garlic, chopped parsley, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape each portion into a patty, about 2 cm thick.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the patties and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
- While the patties are cooking, prepare the balsamic sauce by mixing balsamic vinegar with a little olive oil and a pinch of salt in a small bowl.
- Toast the burger buns in the same skillet for 1-2 minutes until lightly golden.
- Assemble the burgers by placing a patty on the bottom half of each bun, topping with lettuce, tomato slices, and red onion. Drizzle the balsamic sauce on top before closing with the bun lid.
