Ingredients

  • Wild boar ground meat - 300 grams
  • Almond flour - 30 grams
  • Parmesan cheese, grated - 30 grams
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Garlic, minced - 1 clove
  • Fresh parsley, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Mixed salad greens - 100 grams
  • Cherry tomatoes, halved - 100 grams
  • Balsamic vinegar - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the wild boar ground meat, almond flour, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into two patties, ensuring they are compact and evenly shaped.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the patties and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 70°C (160°F).
  4. While the patties are cooking, prepare the salad by combining the mixed greens and halved cherry tomatoes in a bowl. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and toss gently.
  5. Once the patties are cooked, remove them from the skillet and let them rest for a couple of minutes.
  6. Serve the burgers on a plate alongside the salad, garnishing with additional parsley if desired.
