- Mixed salad greens - 100 grams
- Cherry tomatoes, halved - 100 grams
- Balsamic vinegar - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the wild boar ground meat, almond flour, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into two patties, ensuring they are compact and evenly shaped.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the patties and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 70°C (160°F).
- While the patties are cooking, prepare the salad by combining the mixed greens and halved cherry tomatoes in a bowl. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and toss gently.
- Once the patties are cooked, remove them from the skillet and let them rest for a couple of minutes.
- Serve the burgers on a plate alongside the salad, garnishing with additional parsley if desired.
