Ingredients

  • Halal ground beef - 300 grams
  • Arugula (rucola) - 50 grams
  • Burger buns - 2 pieces
  • Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, shaved
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 1 clove, minced
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Tomato - 1 medium, sliced
  • Red onion - 1 small, thinly sliced

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine the ground beef with salt and black pepper, mixing gently. Form into two patties.
  2. Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat and add a little olive oil. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
