- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 1 clove, minced
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Tomato - 1 medium, sliced
- Red onion - 1 small, thinly sliced
Steps
- In a bowl, combine the ground beef with salt and black pepper, mixing gently. Form into two patties.
- Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat and add a little olive oil. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
