  • Italian seasoning - 1 teaspoon
  • Hamburger buns (kosher) - 2
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
  • Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped radicchio, minced garlic, parsley, olive oil, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.
  2. Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape them into burger patties, about 2 cm thick.
  3. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, cook the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or longer if desired.
  4. While the burgers are cooking, prepare the lemon aioli by mixing the mayonnaise and lemon juice in a small bowl. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Toast the hamburger buns on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.
