- Burger buns - 2 pieces
- Ripe tomatoes, sliced - 1 medium
- Lettuce leaves - 2 pieces
- Olive tapenade - 50 grams
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, chopped olives, basil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
- Form the mixture into two equal patties, about 1.5 cm thick.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the patties and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
- While the patties are cooking, toast the burger buns in the same skillet for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
