  • Fresh basil leaves - 10 grams

  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Burger buns - 2
  • Arugula - 50 grams
  • Balsamic vinegar - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground halal beef, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Form the mixture into 2 equal patties.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the beef patties and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium doneness.
  3. During the last minute of cooking, add slices of goat cheese on top of each patty to melt slightly.
