- Burger buns - 2
- Arugula - 50 grams
- Balsamic vinegar - 1 teaspoon
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground halal beef, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Form the mixture into 2 equal patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the beef patties and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium doneness.
