- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Burger buns - 2 pieces
- Lettuce leaves - 2 pieces
- Tomato - 1 medium, sliced
- Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped artichoke hearts, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into two equal-sized patties, about 2 cm thick.
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, add the patties and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired doneness.
- While the patties are cooking, toast the burger buns in a separate pan until golden brown.
- Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of each bun, then place a lettuce leaf on top.
- Once the patties are cooked, place each patty on a lettuce-lined bun, top with a slice of tomato, and drizzle with lemon juice.
- Cover with the top half of the bun and serve immediately with your choice of sides.
