- Egg - 1 large
- Mozzarella cheese, sliced - 100 grams
- Marinara sauce (sugar-free) - 100 grams
- Fresh basil leaves - 10 grams
Steps
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, black pepper, and the egg. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into two equal patties.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a drizzle of olive oil.
- Cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until they are browned and cooked through to your desired doneness.
- While the burgers are cooking, heat the marinara sauce in a small saucepan over low heat until warmed through.

- To serve, place each burger on a plate, spoon the warm marinara sauce over the top, and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
