- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Parmesan cheese - 50 grams, grated
- Egg - 1 large
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Zucchini - 1 medium, sliced into rounds
- Cherry tomatoes - 200 grams, halved

Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped rosemary, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, grated Parmesan, and egg. Mix until well combined.

- While the burgers cook, add the zucchini rounds to the skillet and sauté for about 3-4 minutes, until they are tender and slightly caramelized. Set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the cherry tomatoes and balsamic vinegar, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes until the tomatoes are softened.
- To serve, place each burger on a plate, top with sautéed zucchini and balsamic tomatoes.
