  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Zucchini - 1 medium, sliced
  • Bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, crumbled Gorgonzola cheese, chopped parsley, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
