  • Fresh basil, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic, minced - 1 clove
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Burger buns, kosher - 2
  • Fresh arugula - 50 grams
  • Sun-dried tomatoes, chopped - 30 grams

  4. While the patties are cooking, lightly toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster.
  5. Assemble the burgers by placing a beef patty on the bottom half of each bun, topping it with fresh arugula, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
  6. Close the burgers with the top half of the bun and serve immediately.
