Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped basil, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Divide the beef mixture into two equal portions and shape them into patties, about 2.5 cm thick.
