  • Ground turkey - 250 grams
  • Zucchini - 100 grams, grated
  • Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
  • Almond flour - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon (for cooking)
  • Fresh basil - 5 grams, chopped (for garnish)

Steps

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, grated zucchini, grated Parmesan cheese, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into two equal-sized patties.
  3. Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  4. Once the oil is hot, add the turkey patties to the skillet. Cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F) and the patties are golden brown.
  5. Remove the patties from the skillet and let them rest for a couple of minutes.
  6. Serve the burgers garnished with fresh chopped basil.
