  • Parmesan cheese, grated - 50 grams
  • Almond flour - 30 grams
  • Garlic, minced - 1 clove
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Italian seasoning - 1/2 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add fresh spinach to the pan and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower rice, cooked spinach, egg, grated Parmesan cheese, almond flour, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  5. Form the mixture into burger patties, about 2-3 cm thick.
  6. Place the patties on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Once cooked, allow the burgers to cool for a few minutes before serving.
