- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Italian seasoning - 1/2 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add fresh spinach to the pan and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower rice, cooked spinach, egg, grated Parmesan cheese, almond flour, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Form the mixture into burger patties, about 2-3 cm thick.
