Ingredients

  • Ground beef - 300 grams
  • Dried porcini mushrooms - 30 grams
  • Garlic - 1 clove, minced
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Keto-friendly burger buns - 2
  • Lettuce leaves - 2

Steps

  1. Soak the dried porcini mushrooms in warm water for about 15 minutes until softened. Drain, chop finely, and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, chopped porcini mushrooms, minced garlic, chopped parsley, grated Parmesan, egg, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
  3. Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape each portion into a patty, about 2 cm thick.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
  5. While the patties are cooking, lightly toast the keto-friendly burger buns in another pan or under a broiler if desired.
  6. Assemble the burgers by placing each patty on a bun and topping with lettuce leaves. Optionally, add your choice of low-carb condiments.
