- Ground beef - 300 grams
- Dried porcini mushrooms - 30 grams
- Garlic - 1 clove, minced
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
- Egg - 1 large
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon

- Lettuce leaves - 2
Steps
- Soak the dried porcini mushrooms in warm water for about 15 minutes until softened. Drain, chop finely, and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, chopped porcini mushrooms, minced garlic, chopped parsley, grated Parmesan, egg, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape each portion into a patty, about 2 cm thick.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
- While the patties are cooking, lightly toast the keto-friendly burger buns in another pan or under a broiler if desired.
