- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Gluten-free burger buns - 2
- Lettuce leaves - 2
- Tomato - 1, sliced
- Mozzarella cheese - 50 grams, sliced
Steps
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, chopped basil, chopped oregano, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Cut the chicken breast in half horizontally to create two thinner pieces and add them to the marinade. Allow to marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat the grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Grill the marinated chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 75°C.
