- Oats - 50 grams, ground into flour
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

- Lettuce leaves - 2
- Tomato - 1, sliced
Steps
- In a pot, bring water to a boil and add the green peas. Cook for about 5 minutes until tender, then drain and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked quinoa, minced garlic, chopped shallot, parsley, basil, ground oats, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Add the cooked peas to the mixture and mash everything together until well combined but still slightly chunky.
- Form the mixture into two patties, ensuring they hold together well.
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Toast the burger buns in the same skillet for 1-2 minutes until lightly crispy.
