  • Fresh basil - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Oats - 50 grams, ground into flour
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Burger buns - 2
  • Lettuce leaves - 2
  • Tomato - 1, sliced

Steps

  1. In a pot, bring water to a boil and add the green peas. Cook for about 5 minutes until tender, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked quinoa, minced garlic, chopped shallot, parsley, basil, ground oats, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  3. Add the cooked peas to the mixture and mash everything together until well combined but still slightly chunky.
