  • Fresh basil - 10g, chopped
  • Extra virgin olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Balsamic vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 1 clove, minced
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Slice the baguette into 1.5 cm thick slices and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle the slices with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and toast them in the oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the halved cherry tomatoes, crumbled feta cheese, chopped basil, minced garlic, balsamic vinegar, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently.
  5. Remove the toasted baguette slices from the oven and let them cool slightly.
