- Fresh rosemary - 2 sprigs, chopped
- Fresh thyme - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - 1 teaspoon

- Vegetable broth - 100 ml

Steps
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, thyme, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes to create a marinade.

- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the brisket from the marinade and let it come to room temperature for about 30 minutes.
- Grill the brisket for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until a nice crust forms and it reaches your desired doneness (medium-rare is approximately 57°C).
- While grilling, pour the vegetable broth over the brisket to keep it moist.
- Remove the brisket from the grill and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Serve the sliced brisket with grilled vegetables on the side.
