  • Garlic - 2 cloves, crushed
  • Lemon - 1, cut into wedges

Steps

  1. Remove the T-bone steak from the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature for about 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat your grill to high heat (around 200°C or 400°F).
  3. Rub the steak on both sides with olive oil, then season generously with coarse sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  4. Place the crushed garlic and rosemary on the grill alongside the steak to infuse flavor.
  5. Grill the steak for about 5-7 minutes on each side for medium-rare, adjusting time based on thickness and desired doneness.
  6. Once cooked, remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
