- 2 cloves garlic - minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano - 1 gram
- Salt - to taste
- Pepper - to taste
- Fresh basil - for garnish
Steps
- In a small saucepan, combine balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, and oregano. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and let it reduce for about 10 minutes, or until thickened.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).
