Ingredients

  • Zucchini - 400 grams
  • Almond flour - 50 grams
  • Grated Parmesan cheese - 30 grams
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Grate the zucchini and place it in a clean kitchen towel. Squeeze out excess moisture to ensure the fritters are crispy.
