- Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved (for topping)
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, egg, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped basil, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the ricotta mixture into a small baking dish, smoothing the top with a spatula.
