Ingredients

  • Cauliflower gnocchi - 300 grams

  • Crushed tomatoes - 200 grams
  • Italian seasoning - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
  • Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
  • Fresh basil - a handful, chopped

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the crushed tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Stir well and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes.
