- 1 cup cherry tomatoes - 150g
- 1 cup fresh mozzarella balls - 150g
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves - 10g
- 2 tablespoons olive oil - 30ml
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar - 5ml
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder - 5g
- Salt - to taste
- Pepper - to taste
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a baking dish, place the chicken breasts and drizzle with olive oil, then season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange the cherry tomatoes around the chicken in the baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
